Telemark
Telemark is a Norwegian county bordering Vestfold, Buskerud, Hordaland, Rogaland and Aust-Agder. The area is 76.30 km² and it is 234 meters deep. Telemark is regarded as a "Norway in miniature", because of its nature. I Telemark one can find just about anything; archipelago in eg. Kragerø and Bamble fjord landscape in western Norway Frierfjord, which runs from skagerrak to Skien, Western waters, Tinnsjø, Nisser, Fyresvatn others), via flat districts to mountains and plains.
Telemark is the 10th largest county in area in Norway, and the 13th in population.
Things to see in Telemark could be Gaustatoppen in Rjukan with it 1883 m. gives you on clear days a view over more than 1/6 of Norway. or the Norwegian Industrial museum.
Telemark is also known for it channels where you can get a boat trip trough the locks.
The summer destination of Krater or a trip into one of the many mines are also a possibility
