Heather Hill or Heather Hill, heather hill or Lynghøj, is an open, approximately 35 ha large moraine hill area about 1.5 kilometers southwest of Rågeleje. The hills was listed in 1960 and designated as a public area. Heather
Hill hills formed by glacial deposits at the end of the last ice age. Initially they were largely overgrown with heather, which almost disappeared after opening to the public and thus more traffic on the hills.
The picture is taken a November morning when the sun is burning fog banks of. I imagine that's how the mood was in Denmark after the Ice Age.
